1. Custom Orders
All Fuel Head artwork is exclusive and made to order, ensuring originality and quality in each piece.
To guarantee your place on the production schedule, we request payment of 25% of the total amount at the time of booking.
Value of the artwork: €69.90
Sweatshirt Price: €29.90
T-shirt price €19.90
The remaining payment is made after approval of the artwork and before production of the final piece.
2. Production Deadlines
Average production time may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and the volume of orders.
You will always be informed of estimated delivery times at the time of ordering.
3. Submissions
Fuel Head ships to Portugal, Europe and the rest of the world.
Mainland Portugal: 2 to 3 working days
Islands (Azores and Madeira): 3 to 5 working days
Rest of Europe: 5 to 7 working days
Other international destinations: Upon prior consultation
All shipments are made with tracking for your safety and monitoring.
4. Exchanges and Returns
Due to the personalized nature of the pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges of personalized products, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 working days of receipt, with clear photos of the problem.
